SHIPPING
How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-14 business days. I make, pack, and ship all the orders by hand so please be patient with me.
Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it in 3-10 business days if you are in the USA, and 4-6 weeks if you are outside of the USA.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I offer international shipping worldwide.
Please note that I do not collect VAT taxes on orders from the UK/EU, so you may be charged VAT taxes/customs fees when the order arrives in your country. You are responsible for all VAT tax/customs fees from your country. If you fail to pay them, your order will be returned to me. So please take this into consideration before making a purchase.
For all other international orders, please note that I am not responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes your country imposes. You are responsible for all taxes/fees/custom fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes, I provide tracking information for all orders. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
What can I do if my order is damaged or missing?
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please let me know within 2 days of receiving it so that we can work something out. Send me an email at [email protected] with your order number, a list of the items that were damaged, and pictures of the damaged items.
In the case of a missing package, please contact your local post office to check if your mail is being held there or if there are any issues with delivery in your area. Occasionally, the tracking status may indicate "delivered" while the package is still in transit with the postal service and may be delivered shortly after. If you're still unable to locate your package or if there are any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, I can update the shipping address for you. Simply email me at [email protected] with your order number and the correct shipping address as soon as possible, and I'll take care of it for you.
However, if your order has already been shipped, I'm unable to change the shipping address. In such cases, you can reach out to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) with your tracking number and both the old and new address. They may be able to intercept the package and assist you further.
Should your package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, please contact me at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address for reshipment. Please keep in mind that any additional shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that I may evaluate the issue and try to help.
